The session you'll download will tune up your energy field and everything else you do today will come easier, last longer, go deeper and be more effective.

Follow along by just listening, mirroring the hand placements, using your mind, or all three to register the frequencies. If you are an OMEGA graduate it will be like a booster for you. But you don't need to be a graduate for this process to work.

After 30 years of doing this I have developed the ability to move frequencies with my voice and throat center and this session will be equivalent to having my hands on you. I won't be speaking a lot as too much chatter can interfere with the energy meditation - just enough to set and keep the frequencies in motion. I'll use the Sanskrit names of the centers to add to the flow. Enjoy the Journey!
